Has anybody used proboxes set up? I hear that the sub that comes in this system is made by jl audio tech.

 

ive installed plenty of their boxes for customers, but ive never messed with any of their preloaded boxes - always just loaded them with whatever sub a customer wanted that would work in the depth and airspace allowed. the boxes seem to be built very well, they are holding up really well in the vehicles i have put them in but that is the first i have heard about them being involved with JL audio

 

I believe the sellsman said that the speaker was maid by probox but designed and produced by a jl tech

 

ah ok, i was totally unaware of this but im sure its entirely possible...but like i said, i have no experience with their loaded enclosures, ive always just used another brand sub, usually kicker, treo, or jbl
