Is there any chance you could get the demensions of the box for me before you sell it or whatever. I am very interested in building something similar.

What thickness MDF did you use? how much was a 4X8 sheet, and how did you attach the carpet to the box and how did you seal & assemble the box? (glue, screws, caulk etc.)

Im plannin on makin a single 10" box for my '06 single cab

For this box, i just used 5/8" MDF as it is designed for a smaller sub, and all the sides are small. But usally i use 3/4" MDF wood.

For a box this small, you actually only need a 2x4 sheet of wood. The home depot around me sell half sheets (2'x4') which run about $7 or so.

Then assemble the box using a wood glue, i personally like Titebond II. I also use some 1.25" coarse screws to hold the box together while the glue dries.

To attach the carpet, you just need to use some 3M Super 77 glue. It comes in a spray can, and it really simple to use.
