Got a few questions

My friend has 2 12" Eclipse aluminum coned subs with an amp that I want to buy but installation is something id do by myself. Is it hard to hook up the subs and the amp to my car? everything is stock in my 2002 supercrew and I'm new to audio. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

If the amp can be connected through the speaker leads then you can connect it to your stock HU, otherwise you will either need to install an adapter that will allow you to run RCA cables to the amp or you will have to replace the stock unit with something aftermarket.

As Tbird said, you will need a a Line Out Converter if your amp doesnt have speaker level inputs. Its easy, just a little time consumings.

A bigger problem is where you plan to mount the subs?
