Quick Question

Do i want to get subs with 2 Ohms or 4 ohms or does it matter? Gotta be quick am order JBL subs tonight!

Okay, well i was going to base the AMP off of the subwoofers i buy. So which do i want 2/4 or should i jus purchase 2/4 and then buy the amp and ask you guys wat kind?

well it all depends on how many watts you wanna runn and how many subs, dual vcs etc

Im going to be running 2 10's. i pretty much know nothing about car audio so you guys can pick 2/4 for me. I don't know how many amps but probably a lot i want a good sound and bass going.

get the 2 ohms then, wire em down to 1 ohm and find a 1 ohm stable amp that is around the same rms as the subs, its easier to make watts at 1 ohm than 2

Styx is right. You'll probably want to wire to 1 ohm b/c finding 1 ohm stable amps is cheaper/easier than high wattage 2 ohm or 1/2 ohm stable amps. Just remember if your subs are dual voice coil, you'll need two 4 ohm subs. If they're single voice coil then get the two 2 ohm subs.

Wll they are dual voice coil so i guess i will go with the 4ohms

and Last but not least

JBL or Image Dynamics 10 inch subs. YOU GUYS PICK!!!
