Haha, oh no, not that thread.

>>DONE RIGHT<< it can work out nice and be pretty cool, BUT there is a lot of work involved, and its easy to mess up.
You also have to remember that you will lose almost all value the truck has when you go to sell it.
You need to know what you are doing, and have a good plan.

On a daily driver, I would never do it. Just not worth what it does to the truck in the long run. That is MY opinion though.

Why not just get a truck box and throw all the junk in a secure place. I love the look of the wheel well models.

I havn't really had a chance to push it into the deep blue. But I did toy around with some of my old school bass CD's. It shakes the hell out of the truck. Just imagine your steering wheel bouncing up and down about an inch and the dash looks like it's flexing. I'm getting ready to step to a class D amp plus another 500w of power to my subs. I'm actually a little scared to push these babies much more, afraid I might bust my rear glass.

your not going to reach the limit, the weatherstrip seal will fail before the windows blow out, not to mention those gaping vents in the back. I've only blown out one window in my life.. and it wasn't the subs that did it. it was the wiper motor mounted through the glass resting on the box. body flexed over a speedbump and put just enuff pressure through the wiper motor. in other words the skys the limit as long as you don't have a defect in the glass. I've seen 160+ withstock glass flexing like jello
