Red face Replace System in 96 F150

I know i already asked this, but... what size are the speakers in a 96 150?, the rears were 5x7s, and i think the fronts were 6.5, not sure.

but whats a good head unit and good, decent, cheap speakers to put in it, and how do you get the door panels off?
thanks

Yes, fronts are 6.5 inch round.
For HU's I would look into Alpine, Pioneer, and Eclipse.

Speakers-there are millions of them out there. Best thing to do is to go to a store and try to listen to some. Alpine, Pioneer, Polk, etc, etc.

Cant help with the door panels. All I remember is that there are a few screws that need to come out

There are 4-5 screws on the bottom edge of the panel. Also one screw up by the front edge behind the mirror, and one in the cup pull in the armrest.

The door panels have push pins attached. It takes little tugs around the perimeter of the panel to get them out. Some of them will probably stay in the sheet metal of the door after you pull the panel. Pry them out of the holes and clip them back on the back of the palstic panel.
Once all the pins are out, a upward motion is needed to lift off of upper lip. You'll also need to pull on black handle with panel and snake it out of hole.

Be careful not to pull the wire for your courtesy light that is mounted in the panel, just twist socket and remove.
