Bought a q-logic sub box from them about 6 months ago, took no time at all to receive and I live in Canada. Also order a small 8" sub box from them for my girl friend and samething. I have no complants with them, send detailed instructions for setup, free shipping (even to Canada). Other people might have different stories, but for me they were great.

 

Just got some speakers from them. No problems and they email you each step of the way (including tracking info). Much cheaper than Crutchfield, but no instructions or free adapters (which I did miss).

 

I bought some gold ring terminals and 0/1 to 4 guage reducer fittings from them a while back, received them pretty quickly. I'd do business with them again.
