VERY novice question...
Found my own answer:
Left Front (+) = Orange/Lt Green
Left Front (-) = Lt Blue/White
Right Front (+) = White/Lt Green
Right Front (-) = Dk Green/Orange
Left Rear (+) = Grey/Blue
Left Rear (-) = Tan/Yellow
Right Rear (+) = Orange/Red
Right Rear (-) = Brown/Pink
Left Front (+) = Orange/Lt Green
Left Front (-) = Lt Blue/White
Right Front (+) = White/Lt Green
Right Front (-) = Dk Green/Orange
Left Rear (+) = Grey/Blue
Left Rear (-) = Tan/Yellow
Right Rear (+) = Orange/Red
Right Rear (-) = Brown/Pink

I hate cutting factory wires!
If you go with the adapters, take care to stuff the extra cable length and and the part where the wires connect together down into a good place in the door. This is easy to test on the front door before you bolt the speaker back in place. Run the power window up and down to make sure you don't get an annoying rattle from the edge of the glass hitting the connectors as it does down.
