I can tell you how to get to the one in the back door...

First you need to take out the two phillips screws that hold the window latch to the door. Next you need to take off the top plastic trim peice. On my 99 I could grab at the top, above the window, and just pull straight away from the door. Its held on with just clips.

Now you will see the mounting hardware for the bottom part of the panel. There is a nut that needs to come off, a phillips headed screw, and two 'center push' clips things. Once you have those 4 things out, you can lift straight up on to panel and pull it away, just like the fronts.

I cant help you with the drivers side panels, Ive never taken them off.
