first off, i have a quick question about the size of a componet speaker I can install in my 04 screw. I've been looking at crutchfield (not that i'd ever buy from them) and they only say 5-1/4" will fit but i noticed that the rainbow's everyone are suggesting are 6-1/2". So my question is, what size componet speakers will fit my truck

 

Both will fit. the 6.5" will take alittle extra mods to get them in. There are plenty of post about this, in this section

 

only mods are that you'd have to trim the plastic in the door panels speaker hole and make a adapter plate to hold a 6.5" speaker.
