Situation, Please Help!

OK so i have a scab 06... I want 2 10's and i want them to bump pretty hard and be able to fit inside the supercrewsound boxes...

originally i was going to get 2 Rockford Punch stage 2's and power them with a Rockford 600w amp

i had access to around $900... now i have access to almost double that and i now have a dilemma, should i stay with this setup or should i go for something else that costs a little bit more?

-i dont want to spend ALL the money, but im willing to go for 1300-1400 total
so point me up some subs and amps, if you feel that this setup wont give me what i want... and no disrespect jmt, im just happy that i had realized i had this money and am now open to more and better, i appreciate every bit of info you gave me

I've heard great things about the Pioneer pancake subs. Kick hard, don't require a lot of depth. Are you after something with great sound quality that plays reasonably loud, or do want pure SPL?

stage 3's are 1/2" too deep for that box. and the pioneer*pancake* subs have a low SPL, and moderate sound quality so I would not reccomend them in this case, but do if a shallow if would is required as they are the best in that category right now.

i think i read somewhere where they will do a custom box for you but im not sure..if they were to do the box, would it fit without a seat lift? and if it wont fit, will the punch 2's be the best option?

no, even with acustom box they won't fit without a seat lift, so yes the Punch 10's stage 2 are your best bet.

I got a single SI BM 10 and that thing really packs a punch. Since you want bass though you might be better off getting a pair of 12's.
