seat lift and subs

is it possible to do the seatlift yourself? i need some suggestions on some 12's to put under there if i do decide to do it. What all do you need to do. I called an audio place and they wanted to charge $350 to raise it 4 inches. I have a power acoustic 2100 watt max amp, what subs?? I want it to pound..

yep

yeah you can lift the seats yourself it is simple it is just a couple of bolts. i had a local guy fabricate some steel mounts that lifted mine about 3 inches and the hardest part was taking the factory bolts off .. NEED air tools!!! but besides that it is a breeze!! jl audio or kicker has been really good to me in my truck!!!!
