What is a seat lift??? I mean its pretty self explanatory, but is it a kit?? If I raise the lower seat, what does it do to the back part of the seat???

Are there any negatives of doing a seat lift???

It does not affect the seat back. It raises the seat bottom and moves it out a bit.

The only negatives I have found is you loose headroom. At least in mine. I can not sit straight up in the rear seat without my head hitting the headliner.
