Factory Subwoofer in XLT?

I posted this in the 2004 Forum with no luck:

I'm going to install a Ford factory subwoofer into my buddies 2006 SuperCab XLT this weekend. Since his is a XLT it wasn't prewired for the sub. He already has an Audiophile headunit, and I took the subwoofer connector and the radio connector out of a 2006 Lariat that didn't have the sub. I couldn't get all the wire out so I have to create my own harness. I'm going to wire the power into fuse 38 in the fuse box. Now the factory subwoofer speaker wires had shielding foil on them and were twisted with a "drain" wire. Should I just use normal 22 gauge wire, speaker wire, or do I need shielded wire. Also, what about the "drain" wire? Thanks for your help.

Just go to Home Depot and get some Belden #8208. Should work perfect for you.
