Can't answer your specific 9 yr old feet on the floor question, but I can tell you that I am 6'5" tall and fit ok back there without the seat lift, but not even close with it. It's 2.5" taller, so add that to how close her feet are now.

I agree. I am only 6 feet and I can not sit up straight or my head touches the headliner. I have to slouch just a bit and then it does not hit.

Well that sucks because I really wanted to go with the 2 - 10W7's and a 1000/1 but that's out.

Hey Dconder.... Do you have any more pics of the back seat raised? I am thinking about doing it when I get my new truck but I dont want it to tight with sitting back there... Do you think people who are about 5'10 will have trouble sitting back there???

It probably depends. Mine head just hits. I can reposition where it does not hit and it is not uncomfortable. I just can not sit up straight and tall. I know some people with supercabs said it was not a problem for them.

Question What??

Guy's...
Why are you using a seat lift? I have a 12" Old School Punch sub under the back seat. It can be done and I'll put it against any other 12" sub for sound quality any day. I'll try to get some pic's up soon.

What kind of mounting depth does that sub have? When we are looking at the seat lift, it brings more high quality subs in to play. There are not many high quality subs that will fit without a lift. As long as it sounds good to you, that's all that matters. But, I do not think you would want to put your old school Rockford up against the likes of a SI Mag or BM or Image IDQ's. It is a whole different level of quality.
