Does stock F-150 steroes have pre-amp outputs? If not, do you have to get any special types of amplifiers to take in an amplified input? Thanks.

Walmart was carrying the Scosche convertor that is pretty good. I used a PAC for a while. It was a really good one. The thing you have to watch with cheap convertors is they are more prone to induce noise. I would spend a few bucks more and get a good one. The Scosche is probably like $25. I think I paid $40 for my PAC but, there was no noise. And by noise I mean a hiss in your speakers. That drives me crazy.
