First you have to rip off the trim on the B pillar that runs up and down. Its just held on with clips, so you have to tug on it. Its easiest to grab at the top of it then pull it straight away from the door. Under that trim piece, down by the door panel, there is one phillips screw that needs to come out.

Next you need you pull off the ovalish shaped trim peice behind the inside door handle. If you look towards the front bottom of it you will see a little slot that you can stick a screw driver in to pop it off. Sometimes I can get it off with just my hand. You have to pull the front of the trim peice straight out away from the door panel. There is a phillips screw back there that needs to come out too.

THEN grab the front of the trim peice that has all your window/lock buttons and pull straigh up on it. Unhook all your wire harnesses then. Now you can pull straight up on the whole door panel, then away from the door. Once you get the panel away from the door a little bit you have to reach in and twist out the lighbulb in the door.
