Amp and Sub hookup

Alright i've searched a bit and i've read a bit but i dont fully grasp it. Heres my question. (don't knock the equipment, i just have it from a while back so why not throw it in)

Anyway, i have a Sony Explod XS-L101PS Subwoofer (1100W) and a XM-D400P5 Sony Amplifier.

I want a bit more bass in my truck, how would i hook this up to my stock system. (6 disc MP3 in dash, stock on 07 XLT).

Thanks guys!

(second post, right forum hehe sorry guys)

Use the line level inputs on the amp and tap into the rear speaker wires from both sides. One side may work but that amp appears to have 4 line level inputs. hopefully others can key in there.

Just like Impact says only different wording.

You can hook your factory wires to the "speaker" level inputs on the amp.
