Acoustic Dampening...

What is the best option, and most cost effective out there? I know Dynamat is over rated...

Suggestions?

i went with dynamat extreme, so far 6 bulk packs and still going. Someone posted a link to a pretty extensive review of sound deadening material and dynamat extreme and secondskin were the top rated. I've got good deals on ebay from this seller for the dynamat.

after my experience with fat mat I can only recomend to stay away from it, it's asphalt based and falls of anything vetical like doors and roofs
