Can anyone tell me if there are any real differences between the following 2 boxes that justify the price premium?

The QLogic box looks really well put together, but is it likely to produce any better sound than the other box? They can both be color matched, both approximately the same size etc............ Santa brought my new sub and I am itching to get it hooked up.
