What Size?
What size speakers are in my 97 150 standard cab? 5x7 or 6x8?

Both will fit, they are pretty much the same thing.
6.5's will fit, but you will have to do a little cutting to make the factory speaker whole a little wider, and will need to make some type of adapter plate.
