What sub to use?

Now that I have a place to store the jack (roll n lock cover), I was kinda thinking of switching from 1 12'' sub to 2 10'' subs. Whats the consensus on this? I mostly listen to rock and country and either way it will be sealed boxes. Appreciate the opinions.

You have a 12" Infinity Ref. sub now. Is it under the rear seat? Do you have a seat lift? My opinion, if you can fit one 12", why not do a pair of 12" subs?

Yes my current box is under the seat with no lift. I thought about doing that but the box I made for the 12" takes up a good bit of the passengers foot space. I previously had a single 10" box from musicmoose that didnt stick out at all so Ive been thinking of going back to that with 2 10"s
