Hooking Up Subs To Factory Cd Player?

Hey i was wondering if there is anyone out there that can help me with this question.. first i have a 2004 ford f150 lariat with the 6 disk cd changer.. and i was wondering if anyone knew how to hook up subs and an amp to my factory cd player or if that was even possible? please help me out with this one..

You need a line out converter (LOC). It taps into your speaker wires, and converts the HI signal going to your speakers, into LOW signal (RCA cable connections) for your amp. A basic one will cost about 15-20 bucks, buck can get up (100 bucks plus) for a real nice one.

Or else there is the JL Cleensweep. Its like a very sophisticated LOC, corrects voltage fluxuations, etc etc. Very nice and very expensive. Kind of for the SQ freak who still wants to use the stock HU. A lot of people probably wouldnt be able to tell the difference between using a LOC or a Cleansweep...
