has anyone ever tried this?? is it possible to make it work??

 

It would be possible if you took all of the wiring out of the mustang or wherever your getting it to put in you lightning, but would not be worth the trouble in my oppinion. the 460 has 2 amps I belive and the 1000 has 4 as well as (2) subs. The 1000 doesn't sound bad but the 460 sounded cruddy in my last couple mustangs. I would just build you a new stereo, it wouldn't be real expensive and would sound so much better.

 

Would the subs fit even??
