Who is running JL subs?

Preferrably W6 series?

Curious on the sound quality before I install! These sounded great in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, curious how I'll like them in the F150...

Might not be applicable, but I have recently replaced a 10" Clarion in my boat with JL Audio and compared to the Clarion it is great sounding, a bit more power hungry but super clean.

In my opinion JL has the best subs on the market. The 10 w1 is perfect for truck installs it requires low power and small airspace. The sub mounting depth is only 4.3 inches.

The 12W6v2 is still on my short list as one of my all time favorites for a SQ sub.

Me too. :sigh:

I don't know that the regular supercrew sound box will get it done.

.60 cubic ft of airspace..

I can't seem to find the airspace requirements in google.

I use a JL stealth box and it sounds awesome. I believe it uses a 10w3v3-4 and the install was very simple... just bolted into the brackets on the back of the seat. I need to get a new amp though because I am just bridging 2 channels on a 4 channel Audison amp and its only giving it 170 watts when it would probably be ideal with around 400 watts.
