Question What to do??

I am looking for some suggestions on upgrading the stock speaker setup. I have a Sony HU, and have 2 10" Lightning subs powered by a Pioneer Amp (changing subs and amp out later, just used what I had) I am wanting to go with same manufacturer for speakers and amp. I want to go with 6.5" component in front and stay with 6x8" in the rear and like to stay in the $600 range or less. With all the stuff out there I have a hard time deciding what to do. I mainly list to Rock and like it to hit fairly hard and clean.
Thanks!

Is that 600 bucks including an amp? Or 600 just for the components and rears?

Don't want to spend a ton of money, still have to get exhaust and a tuner Was hoping to keep it all under $600 if possible...what can I say, I'm cheap...

Alrighty.

First off, I would suggest maybe just getting a 2 channel for the front comps, and running the rears off the HU. Why? Its really all you need back there, plus it keeps cost down.

Im a Rainbow person...so thats what Ill suggest. You can probably get a set of SLC comps, SL coaxials, and a decent amp to run the comps for around 600. If you go used on the amp you can pick up something pretty darn nice (the amp is going to take the biggest chunk out of your budget), or if you are willing to go used with everything you can pick up some pretty nice stuff for 600.
I got my comps and comp amp for 485 buck. New that stuff would cost around 1200 bucks; just to give you an idea of how far you can get with used stuff Its not the best but I like it.
