Sub Help

Hey i have a 2004 reg cab f-150. I am looking to put one jl 12 or 13 inch sub behind my seat. I have a 300/4 amp and i'm also geting the jl 6.5 components for the front and running the sub off the remaining 150 watts. I dont want anything crazy just a good sounding sub so i was looking at the
12w1v2 or the 13w1v2 or the 12w3v2. i am leaning toward the 13w1v2 but i'm not an expert or anything. Could someone please lead me in the right direction. Also any sub box specs would be greatly appreciated. The box will have to be slanted the max specs are 17 inchs high 10 inchs deep and the bottom and 5 inchs deep at the top. width can be as wide as the seat. I also would like any suggestions on a line-output converter. Also what color wires are the rear speaker wires i will need to know witch wires to hook the LOC up to. Thanks Alot!

hey man, I was in the same boat as you when I built my first box. It was slanted like the one you describe and it was placed a little left of center. Didnt like that one, too much in my ear so i built another one and im really happy with it. heres the pics.
