if the '94 single cab is like the '93 single cab, which i belive it is, i had to build my own box out of 3/4 MDF, at the sacrifice of having to keep my seat (bench seat that is) one or two notches away from being all the way back. i built it as shallow as possible (obviously) but it extends to both sides of the cab and is about 6-8 inches bellow the top of the back of the seats (its quite unwieldy but it has a decent amount of air space and is only visible when you open the door). I managed to fit 3 MTX 10's in it and it was loud as hell for only a 300 watt (peak) amp. too bad one of the negative speaker connections came loose in the box and crossed over to its positive and fried the amp though. now i have no use for the thing that was the final (and only working) of three attempts to fit a box back there, and took me two days to complete.

10's are easy unless it is one of those worthless JLw7's. it should be too tough to build. Put the sub in the center of the box and the port on the drivers side. that setup should produce great volume for you.
