Where is the subwoofer located on a 2006 Regular Cab F-150 with the Audiophile system?

I noticed on Ford.com you can not buy the Audiophile system and the storage rack together on the build your own section.

Opinion please What are the best component 6x8 sets that will fit in the front doors?
