I wired 2 of the 2ohm dvc solo's in series to get 2ohms like it said to do on thier pdf manual, but when I put the ohm meter on it read at 4ohms did I maybe do somthing wrong?
It also says to fill box half full with poly-fill JW if I should do this or not?

You wired each sub in series and then wired the subs together in parallel? If so, this should give you 2 ohms final load.
Poly-fill is really a choice. It can make the box seem a bit bigger to the subs by reducing standing waves. I would try it both ways to see which you prefer. You may not be able to tell a difference.
The poly has the potential to 'virtually' increase the volume of the box by 10%. This effect makes the bass less 'punchy' - and give you a slight increase of lower end bass - in some cases it reduces the SPL, but gives you more range... hard to explain w/o posting some graphs. And it is rarely noticeable to the novice ear
