high pitch squeal..

I installed the rest of my stereo yesterday and I have a really high pitched squeal coming from my door speakers. Mostly from my front tweaters. I put mtx components in the front with cross overs and mtx coaxails in the rear. Also I have a mtx 4 channel amp pushing them and i'm using a pioneer deck.
It is really quiet but I can still hear it. And when driving it is worse. I checked my grounds to make sure they were good and even ran a seperate ground from my battery temporarily just to check. I ran my power wire along the passenger side of the truck and everything else on the drivers side so there wouldn't be interfearance there...

Any ideas on what it could be?

I can rule that out. With the ignition off, I ran a wire from the positive power wire to the remote wire so that it would turn on the amp but not the hu. It still does it.... :s
