For those with Q-logic Boxes

As I mentioned in an early thread I was interested in purchasing a q-logic sub box, well after 2 and a half weeks of waiting it finally came in the mail today. After installing my sub and getting things set up, I placed the box under the rear seat where it is ment to be. However when I went to lower the bottom of the seat it wouldn't close all the way. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and what the solutions were.

I have an 06 Supercab.

Thanks

Everyone has the same problem from what i've read. I called them and they sugested a fat person jump up and down on the seat to lock it. It's actually mid way, allmost locked and does not come up ever but it would give me a more secure feeling and would look alot better it it locked totaly. I had an idea to cut the underside lining of the bottom seat, so the retangular hump of the box would tuck in to it, but just couldn't bring myself to destroy the bench even if it can't be seen.

You should have got screws, sound cotton foam sheet, roll of rubber seal and the wires for the sub to the box. If not you can call them as I did and they will ship it to you.

I also was going to either spray the inside with dynamat or use a few sheets and stuff more foam but never did.

hhhmmm, make sure you have it in the right position. On my 05 SuperCrew, I have no problems at all with the seat locking down.
