You guys ever hear of Power Bass?
This XL-10D would fit our trucks
and it has some power to go with it.
They say thay are a newer company, quote,
"Yeah, okay, so we are in the neighborhood,
and the sounds you have been hearing are
powerful and clear and people have been talking.
Do not be afraid. Come on, and join the commotion.
Americas newest automotive audio team PowerBass USA has arrived."
XL-15D 15" 400 / 800 watts Dual 4-ohm 2.5" 26Hz-400Hz 94 dB 200 oz 6.6"
XL-12D 12" 350 / 700 watts Dual 4-ohm 2" 26Hz-450Hz 92 dB 148 oz 5.5"
XL-10D 10" 300 / 600 watts Dual 4-ohm 2" 35Hz-500Hz 91 dB 140 oz 5.25"
PowerBass XL Subwoofers were designed
to be bulletproof reliable, yet subtle enough
to deliver the most demanding bass notes
with ultra-fidelity and authority.
By utilizing aerospace materials, such as
a Black Zirconium cone for the best,
distortion free bass reproduction and
HighRoll Santoprene surrounds that increases
the cone area for higher output along with linear cone stability.
With a custom steel basket with
stainless steel finish and
Chrome Push Input Terminals
to insure the best current transfer
from the amplifier to the woofer.
PowerBass has created a subwoofer
capable of delivering amazingly deep bass
in small sealed or ported enclosures and
include Dual 4-ohm voice coils for the most popular bass applications.

About the subs...I've seen them and checked out their website a few months ago, but haven't heard anything about their performance and/or quality. I would stay clear unless I heard some positive feedback about them, but that's just me.

x2. I thought my current stereo would last me for awhile. Its a decent setup for the money I spent on it (cheapness rules) and I was pretty happy with it till lately. Just wanting more. Now Im buying like billions of dollars worth of stuff it seems like, and redoing the whole system. And I havent even had my current one for a year.
Like Dconder said, Id just go for that IDQ, or the ID as I suggested in another thread. Cant go wrong with ID.
Id pass on the PB's too.

seems like everyone does.
My life style doesn't dictate that I do. I'm
married, fat, bald, and 48 years young. Audio
is all I have left.
This is my first Ford truck, so again,
I appreciate you guys bearing with me
and for all the advice. I figure that's what
web-site forums like these are all about.
Look, I realize I can go to any number of the other F-150
site forums and get information, but I choose this one
because of the willingness of the people on here.
Knowledge is power, no?
