i have a KX 600.1 which is a 2 ohm amp at 600 watts.. what sub should i get to give me a really good sound but that has a 5.25 mounting depth.. o and i want a 10.. thanks

Not a ton of high-power shallow subs out there.
I have an MB Quart PWD-254 that fits the bill, but they're out of production.

I have an Adire Koda that is a single 4 ohm coil. Your amp would give it 300 watts, which would be perfect. It is an awesome SQ sub. Let me know if you are interested.

 

Try a Treo SSi 10.44. You would be cutting it close for the pole vent clearance though. I have pics in my gallery.

SQ is Sound Quality. Adire Audio has been known to make some of the best sounding subs on the market. My Koda is no exception. Price is $125 shipped. It is like new and cost over $200 new. If you even find one.
