Sub Question/Picture Request

I'm looking into buying an Audio Enhancer single 10" box from ebay for my '05 F150. Does anybody have one of these boxes in a crew cab? Any opinions on them?

I have a speaker that will fit and an Alpine amp that I am going to use. I think that the box will cover all of the hump. Where can I mount my amp? I don't really want to remove the jack, but I might. Under the passenger seat? Behind the rear seat? Pictures of your install would be awesome.
Thanks guys.

I have no idea. The auction doesn't say. I just bought it because I was almost positive that my MTX speaker from the Thunderform in my old Ranger would fit because it had a fairly shallow mounting depth and the air space was right. It fit fine and sounds great. I'm going to try and snap some pictures tomorrow.

I have this box as well in my 2K5 Supercab. Their website lists 4 7/8" as the mounting depth for it. I have my amp (mtx mxa3002) for it mounted behind the rear passenger side seat. I currently just have a cheapy Visonik sub mounted in it, but they list it as handling 250 RMS and the setup does put out some really nice tight bass.

If/When the Visonik blows i'm considering throwing a Phoenix Gold in there. They make a dvc 10" sub that only requires 4 7/8" depth when you remove the magnet cover and handles 500 rms. The other options I've considered is that Rockford Fosgate sells a really shallow mount dvc sub that only requires about 3" of mounting depth. The PG sells for 129$ and the RF is like 180$

So far those are the best two options I've seen for this box, other than all the cheapy sub 100$ 10's that'll fit it...

Later
