Memphis Audio

I've been looking for a subwoofer set-up for my 2004 F-150 scab. I was offered a Memphis amp, Memphis 10 inch subwoofer, AE single encosure, all accessories and installation for $369. I'm not familiar with the Memphis name. Any feedback from you experts out there? Thanks.

I got Memphis audio's in my doors, and they sound great. I also bought a kicker 350 amp and 10 kicker in a Musicmoose box. I'm happy with system...
