I need to know this too. My speakers are in the mail and I should have them any day.
How hard were the fronts? The grill just pops out, right? Any tips or suggestions so I don't F it up?

Yes, the door panel needs to come off. 2 screws on the bottom, pop off the panel running up the back side of the door near the window ( just pops off with your hands. Behind that there is a screw, remove.
With a small screw driver use the notch in the little panel that you see behind the door handle. Pry it off. 2 ( 10mm I believe) bolts, remove.
Now, where the power window switch is, that assembly (1/2 of the top part of the arm rest) comes off. Use something flat and plastic, to insert along the seam of the arm rest. Pry up and remove. Disconnect your conntections to the window controls, and there is 1 more bolt inside that assembly.
Lift up, should come off without a lot of effort.
You can carefully pry off the cable connection to the door handle, but I just too a hanger and made it so the door panel swung away from where I was working and hooked it to a body molding slot, just to keep the door panel out of the way.
There are a number of detailed descriptions on how to do this probably better that mine descriptions.... good luck... its pretty easy.
