SUb Box

My dad has an old sub box for two 12's and I was wondering if there was anyway of putting two 10's in there. Is their a way of modifying the box so that the tens fit in there. It's just a thought, because I don't want to buy a new one and I'm kind of lazy when it comes to making one.

If the front, where the subs mount, is flat, just cut either one long new piece to cover the entire front and recut holes for the 10's or just cut two pieces a little wider than the holes for the 12's and recut them for the 10's. Just make sure you screw them down good, use glue and some sealant to avoid air leaks around the new spacers.

Sure there are many ways to accomplish this, but it will either take money and time or at the minimum money to pay someone to do this since you dont want to.
