Q Logic Q Customs
Q Logic Q Customs
I got my new Q Custom yesterday and installed it this morning with my Elemental Designs 11Kv.2. It is wired at 2 ohms and receiving only 190 watts. Remember, quality non quantity. Anyway, my first impression, awesome. If you recall, my problem with the musicmoose box was that it put the sub's surround right on the carpet, not good. The Q Custom raises the sub up off the floor at least an inch. I was only able to listen to it for about 10 minutes but, so far, I am very impressed. Good tight bass and plenty of it, even at only 190 watts. Anyone who wants a good enclosure for a 10" sub, I highly recommend the Q Custom.
Here is the enclosure I bought. I have bought from them before and they knocked a few bucks off the price. My sub is in my sig.

Sorry, I have not had time to take pics of the Q Customs. I only run a single amp and it just slides in beside the Q Custom on the center hump. You can see it from the front seats but, can barely see it from the back window. I just bought a used Arc 4050CXL and I am going to try it in the truck. It is a smaller amp and will slide in further back under the seat.
The listed depth for the Q Custom is 5.5". You might be able to go a bit more but, no more than 6" and that might be too deep. After listening for several days now, this enclosure sounds great. I am very impressed. Now, I just need to find someone who can use the musicmoose box.
