Bad Experience with TheZeb.com

Hey, thought I would warn you guys...saw another post and wanted to buy a q-logic box for 05 F150 from www.thezeb.com. Took them 2 days to process order when all items were listed in stock....my faullt should have read shipping conditions (2day air = 4 day air). I decide to cancel order because if i couldn't have the box by Friday (ordered wednesday morning) i wanted to let them pay for shipping instead of me paying 2nd day air and get the little parts i ordered ( baffles, bass blockers, adapter rings) locally so I could still put in my mids and highs this weekend as planned and put sub in next week when i got q-logic box. Well, I call today(thur) to cancel order and the guy tells me he will try and cancel order, because it has not shipped and then i can reorder sub box. He says I will get email confirmation. I check email an hour later, about 11am, and get invoice saying paid(ie they have charged my card) and partial ship(WTF). So i call back to see whats up, he says that part of my order had shipped (in the last hour, because it had not shipped when i called the first time). I ask which part...he says the small accessories...the sub box was on backorder (was and still is listed as in stock...see pics). I am posting pics of one email and one of their website showing q-logic box in stock as of 1:35pm EST mainly to vent but I want everyone to be informed.
