Need Help With Door Speaker Wiring!

Howdy! Today was my second day of working on my system (I can only work on it a few hours per night, due to work/school). Anyway, tonight I found my self in a pickle: I had a really hard time fishing the speaker wires through the little rubber hose that leads to the door.

I disconnected the hoses, but the passage is so small, I could barely get the wire though. Also, these doors don't open far enough! Anyway, the front driver side will probably be the most challenging, next to the back doors. It's like the inside of the door is all one huge panel with no holes to see what's going on behind it! I figure, if I fish the wire all the way to the bottom of the door, there's a small hole about 1" diameter that I could pull it through, and up to the new speaker.

Can anyone give me some advice/hints/tips?

On the bright side, things have gone well for my first time doing this!

I'm assuming your door panel looks like this?

Is your speaker installed?

Kind of... but not quite. The front doors won't be difficult once I get the wire into them (that's the difficult part). However, the back doors, even once I get the wire into them, it'll be hard to do anything with it because I probably won't be able to see it.

Just to be sure, your windows should be up and the speaker should not be installed. The speaker hole itself should give you plenty of room to get inside the door shouldn't it?

AH! Windows were down (it's too damn hot here to have them up with the truck off). I'll definitely roll them up... thanks!
