Installed a 10" Q-Logic Sub Encl. in my '04 F-150
Howdy all,
I just bought the Q-Logic 10" sub enclosure for my truck. It fits under the rear driver seat of my SCAB. Just a quick review... that thing is amazing! I have an MB Quart PWD-254 DVC sub inside powered by an Alpine MRD-M300 and it rocks. There is some distortion if I crank on it, but I'm not sure where my weakest link is there. I doubt it's the box, it's probably my HU.
The only downside to the box is it creeps into the floor space a little. The upside is that it doesn't extend very far over the "hump." That allows me to have my sub amp on the hump and my 4-channel under the passenger rear seat.
Just thought anyone considering getting a box for their '04-'05 F-150 SCAB/SCREW would be interested.

I just added pics to my gallery. Go into the audio mods album.
I bought it at www.thezeb.com they have it for the same price at www.sounddomain.com.
It covers the whole drivers rear seat area and just barely goes onto the hump. You can see it pretty clearly in the pictures.

That looks really good. I wanted to buy one of those but, they never had a picture of how much room it took up. So, I ended up buying a musicmoose box, which takes up the middle section. Oh well. Again, looks great. Wish I had known. I am thinking about making spacers to mount amps one on top of the other under the passenger rear. It has around 6"-7" under there.
Hope to get q-logic one day, but not from Zeb

hum
See I couldn't get passed how much that stealth box creeps into the footspace. I mean we're already talking limited room in the Scab to begin with right so why would i do that to my passengers? I'm actually having plans for a custom built box made up right now that will mount a 10 without taking up the middle hump but doesn't unecessarily stick out from under the seat a few inches for no apparent reason. I'm color matching the carpet too so it should look slick when finished.

I usually buy audio stuff online from sounddomain.com, but I was trying to save a few bucks (literally just a few). So, I would suggest going with them. They've got excellent customer service from my experience.
Regarding the last post about enroaching on foot space...
I had a custom box that was flush with the seat, but the problem was in order to have any kind of depth clearance, the sub was pushed back and the box bottom was right next to the floor and it ended up damaging the sub.
With this one, there's a good inch or two of clearance under the box.
The only time people ride in my back seat is coworkers on the way to lunch some days... they can put up with it for 5 minutes. It's still better than many cars out there.

Yeah I can't do that to my friends, there's a reason I bought the Scab instead of the Reg and it wasn't so I would have more space to mount more sub then the truck really needs anyway. If it's an issue I can always redesign the enclosure to fit an 8 if need be, but thanks for the tip. Not many people around where I live have tried what I am attempting so I'm flying blind for the most part. All I'm really going for here is something to round out the low end anyhow.
Good luck! Let us see it when you're done!
Oh, and one more thought on the foot space... who sits with their feet against the seat anyway? I just scoot my seat forward and they have more leg room than mid-size cars.
