(2) 15inch Kicker Competition Woofers

I have and 04 single cab new body style I believe there is enough room behind those seats to put 2 15inch subs.

So this weekend I think I will try it I'll take some pics...anyone tried this yet?

O ya I also ran some 4 gauge power wire to run my ORION 2250 amp.

This should hammer.

i may be wrong, but i think the kicker comps require a LOT of airspace. so putting two 15"ers in the very limited space that you have behind your seats may be pushing it. good luck with it though!!

Air space is going to be your biggest problem. I am putting two 10's in my 98. I am using literally every inch i can and still keep my armrest workable, and still be comfortable. Unless you are short, and i mean 5'9" or less you aren't going to like the depth you are going to need to mount those deep a$$ subs, 15" is almost 3.5" deeper than the 10". Also the 15" requires nearly twice the box space for required Minimum volume size.

I used a box calculator and came up with this for box demensions: 21" H x 48" w x 8.5" D. 48" wide is just about as wide as you can make a box. 8.5" is the minimum outside box depth to still allow for the sub to be mounted and not hit the inside back of the box. Hope this helps.

Two fifteens may fit in there physically, but if you can't give them enough airspace then its really all for nought.

What dimensions to you have to work with?

Actually I was going to build this but then on a another local site I found a girl selling box and 2 mtx 8000 subs for $100 so I bought that instead.
