Talking Audio Problem

This weekend I put in 2 JL 8" subs in a Q logic box that fits under the rear seat and had my amp installed at a local shop. System sounds bad a** but I noticed that my CD player (Sony) cuts out once in a while now. I never had this problem before today and it's NOT the CD's. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. By the way, the stereo shop said that they've never heard of such a problem. Thanks.

Cool

I'm not too sure about the sony's I've never owned one. But a lot of players have a reset button hidden on them somewhere. You might check the owner's manual and see if that might fix it. good luck

I would check to make sure that there are not any wires accidently making contact with chassis.sometime installers just cut wires that are not being used and dont insulate the end of the wires.as for the shop (as alot of shops)they will never admit anything till you show them where they screwed up.Iam not baging on installers there are some that can do magic, but unfortanaly there are also alot of posers

When I called them, he said he'd be glad to take a look, I just wanted a second opinion. I'm out of town on business this week and will take it in on Friday. Will keep you posted. Thanks for the info.
