go to installdr.com . The site tells you everything you will need to know

 

get a hanes manual from any local auto parts store for the door panels. But if you dont want to put money, its not too hard to figure it out. You just start prying stuff off the door with a screw driver. The only tricky part is by the door handle. Pry out the little piece by the handle, then use a socket wrech to reach in and detach the handle. From there you can lift the entire casing off and get at the speakers.

Prying door with screwdriver = eyesore blemishes/scratches = expensive paintjobs/panel replacement. They have removal tools sold @ Crutchfield and other sites.
