What is the diameter of the tweeter opening in the front door panels of the 2004 model? 1"? 3/4"? If it is 1", what would be a good way of adapting it to 3/4"? Is the hole even there if you did not get the audiophile system factory?

 

It's a one inch hole that is capable of any size tweet. Your gonna have to mod it in since the factory screw holes are weird. They have 3 holes so nothing aftermarket just screws in nice. I know it is at least moulded into the panel. Not for sure if it is actualy open or not but that's not a big deal. IF you pop that silver cover off your front door speakers, you will see the area they mount. IT takes all of about 5 seconds to get the panel off. Has preasure clips around the grille.
