port size
how long/wide does my port need to be for 3 12's? the box is 9 cubic feet total.

That would depend on the tuning frequency. Ports are MUCH more then just a hole in a box.....

Speaker Port Calculator

Your gonna want to divide that box into 3 seperate chambers. At that point get your exact volume and plug in the numbers to the calculator for one sub and chamber.
