Hey everyone, I just got my new setup wired in my 04 FX Supercab and it sounds great. Here's the low down.
Stereo: Sony CDX-M3DI
Front Doors: Infinity 6800cs
Back Doors: Infinity 6802cf
Sub Amp: Sony XM-2200GTX
Subwoofer: Infinity 12.1D Perfect @ 2 ohm
I built my own sub out of 1/2" mdf to house the 12.1D and it sticks out a few inches out from under the seat (all the infinity speakers are way too big), but it sounds unbelievable. With as much as I spent on all of the components, I couldn't justifying a custom cabinet, so in the end it cost me 1/2 of a 17.00 sheet of wood.
The only thing to add is maybe a set of infinity 3.5" in the dash and put in a Sony XM-4060GTX to power the door speakers.
As soon as I tack some carpeting onto the sub cabinet, I'll get the pictures posted, I've seen some interest in getting the largest possible box under those seats!

I'd like to see some pictures if you've got'em. Did the 6800CS speakers go in ok in the front? What about the separate tweeter? Any mounting problems? I'm looking at the 6800CS's for the front doors in my S-Crew. I've got some 6x8 Reference 2-ways (also Infinity) on order for the back doors.
How did you get a 12'' sub under the rear seat? Whats the mounting depth of that sub? Just make sure you have room under the magnet and between the sub and seat or floor if it's shooting down to max the subs out put. Because you went with 1/2'' MDF, make sure you put some braces in side your box. That 12'' will flex that box if you don't. Adding an amp to your door speakers will make a huge differance. Anyway, congrats and enjoy!
