I was thinking about replacing my speakers in my 98 f150 regular cab. But I would like to know the specs so I can compare them to other brands/models. I know they are 6x8's but are they 2 way , 3 way, etc.? Also, what is their....
-power range
-frequency response
-max power handling
-sensitivity

Any info y'all could give would be greatly appreciated!

 

I just replaced mine tonight. the only thing I can garner from looking at them is that they are 4 Ohm, 25 Watt cheapa$$ speakers.

 

00BlackBeast pretty much sums it up. Dont even mess around with the stock speakers.

But... They are 2 way (paper cone and 'wizzer" or whatever you wanna say tweeter)

25 watt max, i would guess around 1-15 RMS or so

Frequency response and sensitivity I am guessing suck big time.
