looking for recommendations on components for f-150 04 SC

I am starting to look at componets to replace factory speakers. Was wondering if anyone had some good recommendations. I want to keep them in the door. What is best size to use in front and rear doors?

I like to stay around $200 for front componets

I like the Infinity Kappa series components, and now they are close to the $200 you are willing to spend. Heres a pic:

I used 5 1/4" round woofers in the front with 6"x8" adapter plates and 1" Dome Tweeters up high. Both Sony. ~$180
(Note I like this tweeter location much better then the stock provided location)

And in the back they are 6"x8"'s but with a little work I shoved a set of Sony 6"x9"s in the back door. ~ $140

Thanks for the Pics and suggestions. I can't wait to get started. I am leaning toward the Infinity Kappa right now.

I dont think you will be disappointed, but they will sound even better with an amp to run them off of and they are very capable of the power handling in their specs.

Thanks for the feedback. Looks like I going to get Alpine CDA 9827 head unit with Infinity Kappa 50.5cs upfront and Infinity Kappa 572.5cf in rear both powered by Audiobahn A6004T (75W X 4). Any weird issues with running speaker wires or Amp wiring that any of you guys encountered.

By the way I found some great deals

AudioBahn A6004T: $190
Alpine CDA 9827: $199
Infinity Kappa 50.5CS: $167
Infinity Kappa 572.5CF: $95

If you haven't already purchased the speakers you can get them for less than that.

Start by going Here and copy the link. Then go Here and do the 105% price match go get the discount on the 50.5CS

For the 572.5CF you could buy them here or try and find a site like SoundDomain that will price match. I have not purchased from ikesound but others have and say they have had no problems.

As for SoundDomain I have purchased from them many times and have been happy each one. I know their products are all authorized by the dealer.
